Job Overview

Casual retail assistants are required to work in our uniform shop and book room. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in customer service and retail while working in a dynamic environment.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Undertake housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized shop
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales and returns
  • Assist with stocktake
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail roles
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • A positive attitude and ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
