Job Opportunity

Casual retail assistants are required to work in a team environment, supporting peak periods and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by offering tailored assistance to clients
  • Maintain shop standards through regular housekeeping tasks
  • Ensure accurate sales and returns processing, including EFTPOS transactions
  • Assist with stocktake activities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments
  • A passion for delivering high-quality customer interactions
  • A positive attitude with effective working relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Organisational, planning, and time management abilities
Working Arrangements
