We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our Engineering Team.

Job Summary

This pivotal role involves performing maintenance on aircraft under supervision, ensuring high levels of safety, reliability, security, and presentation are delivered to customers and regulatory authorities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct aircraft maintenance on a shift basis, under the guidance of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or Assistant Engineer Manager.
  • Monitor third-party suppliers' performance, rectify operational issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Service and maintain station ground equipment, vehicles, systems, and facilities.
  • Support contingency plans and ad hoc operational requirements, including diversions, charters, and major disruption recovery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a safe, healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance/Engineering.
  • Prior experience with wide-body aircraft types, including B787, B777, A350, A330, A380, and B747-8 Freighter.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work safely under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
