Leading Health Service Executive

The Chief Operating Officer plays a pivotal role in driving efficient, patient-centred health service delivery across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategically lead initiatives to enhance access, performance and patient flow across the care continuum.
- Collaborate with General Managers and other senior executives to develop and implement innovative systems and processes that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversight of network Operations Centres and leadership of cross-border health service delivery agreements.
This role requires extensive experience in tertiary hospital and health service operations, a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to taking diverse teams on a reform and improvement journey in a public health service setting.
