Regional Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Catering Operations Manager to lead our team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be accountable for all onsite catering operations within their region, responsible for managing regional food costs, menu planning, and presentation.
- Manage regional food costs and ensure profitability of catering operations by analyzing sales data, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong safety-focused culture within the team by conducting regular risk assessments, providing training sessions, and enforcing strict health and safety protocols.
- Drive high performance within the team by consulting with stakeholders on a regular basis, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted action plans.
- Maintain high standards of service in accordance with client expectations by conducting quality checks, receiving customer feedback, and implementing improvements.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights.
- Certificate III (minimum) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery.
- Strong Chef experience (minimum 7 years) and remote FIFO experience required.
- Advanced Food Handlers Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
