We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team at Randstad Australia. As an Internal Review Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and resolving reviews and complaints in a timely, consistent, and transparent manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with participants, providers, and internal staff to gather information and inform decisions regarding review requests.
- Undertake evidence-based decision making as prescribed in relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines.
- Monitor and manage caseloads to ensure internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
