Senior Associate Role in Project Finance Job Description:

As a senior associate in our project finance team, you will be involved in advising domestic and global sponsors, financiers, borrowers, and listed corporates on the project financing of major energy, infrastructure, and resources projects both in Australia and internationally.

  • You will advise clients on project finance transactions, including acquisition and corporate finance and debt capital markets financing.
  • You will play a key role on market leading transactions, with a current focus on energy transition.
  • You will assist in the mentorship of junior lawyers, helping to shape the future of the team.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn from and build their own brand alongside highly regarded market-leading partners with extensive top-tier credentials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on project finance transactions.
  • Playing a key role on market leading transactions.
  • Assisting in the mentorship of junior lawyers.
