Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking an exceptional Corporate M&A Associate to join our Perth team. As a key member of our corporate team, you will work on significant strategic and complex corporate transactions in both the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and financial institutions regulatory matters.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide strong commercial advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders to understand their strategic imperatives and value drivers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- 2+ years PQE experience in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, or financial institutions regulatory matters.
- Strong knowledge of Australian corporate law and regulations.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
