We're seeking an experienced visual merchandiser to join our team in Manly, NSW

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards to maximize store shopability and profitability
  2. Execute and adapt visual merchandising memos aligned with the company's creative direction to optimize floor space and attract consumers
  3. Plan, coordinate, and implement seasonal updates
  4. Analyze product performance to refine merchandising strategies specific to each store
  5. Provide on-the-floor training and coaching to retail team members on visual merchandising fundamentals

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising and inventory control, preferably in fashion retail
  • Strong commercial acumen and proactive troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Alignment with the brand values

A Day in the Life:

As a visual merchandiser, you'll work closely with the retail team to ensure that our stores are always looking their best. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, executing visual merchandising memos, and analyzing product performance to refine merchandising strategies.
