Visual Merchandising Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our in-store visual merchandising efforts and drive consumer engagement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale programs, working with cross-functional teams, and developing and executing visual merchandising strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive consumer engagement and increase sales.
  • Lead the operation and performance of our visual merchandising function, ensuring seamless and cost-effective delivery, installation, and maintenance of visual merchandising assets.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and external suppliers to innovate and enhance VM formats and design, focusing on measurable impact on brand visibility.
  • Own relationships with key suppliers in Australia and New Zealand, including print houses, distribution centers, and field team agencies, and ensure the efficient running of the VM program through effective supplier management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a program management role, ideally with exposure to retail or visual merchandising.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and in-store marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
