Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment as a qualified Chef. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking consistently high-quality cafe-style meals and baked items using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients.

  • You will work efficiently in the kitchen, maintaining excellence in presentation and quality while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaboration with the kitchen team will be essential to innovate and refine menu offerings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a qualified Chef in a busy casual dining setting.
  • Passion for baking and pastry, with a flair for beautiful presentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
Your Qualifications

  • Valid Food Safety Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Chef in a busy casual dining setting.
