In this role, you will:

Prepare and cook consistently high-quality cafe-style meals and baked items using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellence in presentation and quality.

Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and refine menu offerings.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a qualified Chef in a busy casual dining setting.
• Passion for baking and pastry, with a flair for beautiful presentation.
• Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
