Maintenance Role

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Maintenance Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a keen eye for detail.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain plant, equipment, building and services to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Ensure up-to-date records of all chemicals in use and compliance with relevant safety regulations.
  • Maintain grounds in a neat and tidy manner.
  • Identify preventative maintenance requirements and complete necessary work.
  • Evaluate and document maintenance schedules as needed.

Key Skills:

  • General hands-on maintenance or handyman skills.
  • Maintenance of grounds and general painting skills.
  • Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
