As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing personalized support for individuals with disabilities.

  • You will work in a collaborative environment, assisting clients with personal care and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include planning and attending appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development.

  • You will also complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.
Requirements
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence is required.
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate is necessary.
  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
  • A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC) is mandatory.
  • A willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR) is essential.
  • Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support are highly regarded but not essential.
