We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Customer Service team as a Service Delivery Officer.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you delivering exceptional customer service over the phone to clients and stakeholders, conducting all interactions in a professional, knowledgeable, and supportive manner. You will be responsible for responding promptly to emails from all stakeholders, providing strong administrative support to staff, and escalating complaints to the relevant team leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service experience to clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct all client interactions with professionalism, knowledge, and empathy
  • Respond promptly to stakeholder communications
  • Provide administrative support to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Evaluate and escalate complaints in a timely fashion
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to individuals. A commitment to excellence in customer service is essential, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, you will need experience working with aged care services and/or community services sectors, with a willingness to apply for a Police Check.
