Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist

The role of a clinical nurse educator involves providing training to nurses at the ward or unit level. This involves developing and delivering educational programs, as well as assessing and demonstrating clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Fostering a mentorship approach that supports less experienced staff in enhancing their clinical skills development, ultimately leading to high-quality patient care.
- Developing, delivering, and evaluating education and learning activities tailored to meet individual needs, incorporating adult learning principles and current best practices.
- Registration with the relevant health regulatory body as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant post-registration qualifications in nursing or education, or certification as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor.
- A minimum of three years' experience in the relevant clinical field, with a demonstrated understanding of competency requirements for staff to deliver quality patient care.
Must be willing and able to drive or travel for this role, which may involve long-distance driving.
