Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled support worker to join our food services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a rewarding career in the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for all food service related areas.
  • Clean duties, including cool rooms, preparation areas, kitchen and dish wash area.
  • Monitor and record relevant food safety data, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout, adhering to correct sanitation and infection control procedures.
  • Assist the stock management team with receiving goods, recording food safety data, first-in-first-out stock rotation, and ordering supplies.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements, holding a basic food handlers certificate.
  • Show flexibility to work varying shifts across a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Possess a track record of providing great customer service, dedication, and reliability.
  • Display effective communication skills, working well in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team setting.
  • Show passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
