
Experienced Quality Control Professional

A seasoned Quality Control Manager is needed to oversee project quality control plans, ensuring construction meets contract requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a US Federal Government QC program and be proficient in MS Office products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage project quality control plans.
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Control Plan to ensure contract compliance.
- Perform quality inspections per contract requirements and the 3-phase quality system.
- Proactively inspect in-process work to ensure contract conformance and minimize rework.
- Establish inspection protocols for off-site work to ensure high quality standards are enforced.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ yrs experience managing a US Federal Government (NAVFAC, USACE, etc) QC Program with multiple specialists under their leadership.
- Minimum 5+ yrs as QC professional on construction projects valued $10M+; required.
- USACE CQCM certification strongly desired, or must attain within 30 days of hiring.
- Proficiency with a computer and with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel); required.
- Ability to speak, read and write fluent English; required.
