Job Overview

The Project Officer - Knowledge and Information plays a pivotal role in providing project coordination services, building, developing, and documenting organisational knowledge for a national process and procedure framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, develop, review, and update National process and procedure guidelines and Wiki content.
  • Develop and standardise response-templates, style guides, and review existing content.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to improve and expand documenting and standardisation of nation process and procedure.
  • Review Wiki content to ensure style guidelines are met.
  • Capture, analyse, and report on data metrics to identify process issues and training needs.
  • Develop and execute training programs in knowledge management systems and tools.
  • Identify ways to optimise team performance, efficiency, and compliance through knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Ability to undertake project coordination activity in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Liaise with other areas to facilitate planning, coordination, curation, and sharing of organisational knowledge.
  • Propose and facilitate innovative initiatives in knowledge management and train others on tools.
  • Work with minimal supervision, be adaptable, have strong initiative, and sound problem-solving skills.
