Financial Analyst and Change Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual operating and capital budgets
  • Provide monthly reporting with detailed analytics and commentary on business performance, including trend analysis
  • Evaluate financial performance in conjunction with senior executives and managers
  • Assist various stakeholders with day-to-day queries

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in accounting or relevant professional qualification
  • Proven experience in business partnering, management accounting, and reporting in an NFP environment
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition and deferred income would be highly regarded
  • Experience with financial acquittal process and exposure to government funding at Federal, State, and Local level
  • Proven experience in process improvement and demonstrated change management skills
  • Experience in Business Central, Jet Reporting or equivalent, and Magiq Software or similar ERP systems preferred
