Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading by example, supporting and motivating our dedicated workshop team, delivering outstanding customer service, and collaborating in driving our business forward.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A valid manual driver's license

- Knowledge of WHS and company policies

- Physical fitness and readiness to engage

- 2+ years' experience in a similar role (preferred)

- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

- An independent yet collaborative work style

- Proficiency in computer use

- Understanding of targets and KPIs

- Inherent leadership qualities

- A strong background in the automotive/tyre industry

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

- Light Automotive Mechanic Trade Certificate III

- Advanced communication and computer skills

- Experience in tyres and wheel alignments

- A/C qualifications and Safety Certificate certifications
