Landscaping Project Coordinator Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating landscaping projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, team leadership, and a strong understanding of landscaping techniques and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise landscaping projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Lead a team of landscapers providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and resources.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee equipment usage and maintenance ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, work orders, and materials inventory.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in landscaping or construction supervision required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Experience with project management including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
