Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our site teams and oversee the end-to-end delivery of residential construction projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving project success, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on-site teams and overseeing project execution
  • Interpreting site plans and construction drawings, identifying potential issues, and implementing effective solutions
  • Managing project timing, coordinating with other trades, and monitoring progress
  • Coordinating bespoke joinery and fit-outs, ensuring seamless integration with existing structures
  • Organising and managing other trades, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Supporting apprentices in their professional development and mentoring them to excel in their roles
  • Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and promoting a culture of compliance
  • Performing general building and carpentry work as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability

To succeed in this role, you will possess significant experience as a Site Foreman on high-end residential builds, coupled with excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills. Proficiency in IT systems is also essential for efficient project management. Desirable qualifications include Cert IV Construction Management or Diploma, Cert III Carpentry, and a White card.
