A distinguished Senior Delivery Manager is sought to oversee the delivery of large-scale industrial and logistics assets across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.

This role demands a seasoned leader who can balance strategic oversight with technical delivery. Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you will play a pivotal part in leading high-profile, complex projects nationally—from concept through to operational handover.

You will drive the end-to-end delivery of industrial projects nationally, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance. Additionally, you will build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide clear reporting on program, budget, and risk.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering large-scale, multi-site construction programs, ideally in industrial, logistics, or other complex asset classes. Strong expertise in contractor procurement, contract administration, governance, and risk management is also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership – Drive the end-to-end delivery of industrial projects nationally, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build trusted relationships with stakeholders; provide clear reporting on program, budget, and risk.
  • Internal Collaboration – Partner with teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Contractor & Oversight – Lead procurement, tendering, and management of contractors, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Governance & Risk – Implement robust governance and risk frameworks, providing proactive solutions to technical challenges and authority approvals.
  • Leadership – Mentor and empower a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

About You:

  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale, multi-site construction programs, ideally in industrial, logistics, or other complex asset classes.
  • Strong expertise in contractor procurement, contract administration, governance, and risk management.
  • Ideally, have worked for a Head Contractor or Property Developer.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially sharp with demonstrated experience in budget management and reporting.
  • A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently between VIC, NSW & QLD to manage projects on the ground.
