About the Role

This is an independent role, co-located with the Youth Justice Service, where you will support at-risk youth to achieve positive outcomes across key areas of their lives, including rehabilitation, wellbeing, education, and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building trusting relationships with young people.
  • Facilitating goal-focused programs and linking young people with relevant services.
  • Advocating for client needs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in case planning and coordination meetings.
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and countering negative peer influences.

Requirements:
