About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Support Officer to join our team at The Busy Group. As a key member of our Transition Service Delivery Directorate, you will play a critical role in the management of the Transition National Support Team.

Your primary responsibilities will include personnel management, delivery of administrative transition support to the national ADF Transition Centres, and early engagement with ADF members. You will also be responsible for managing the ADF Transition reporting requirements, including collation, analysis, and quality assurance of transition data.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to provide recommendations for future workflow options based on current administrative processes and client casework data information. You will be employed by BUSY and will sit in the Joint Transition Authority offices, completing work on our behalf.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Transition National Support Team, including personnel management and administrative support
  • Deliver transition support to the national ADF Transition Centres
  • Manage ADF Transition reporting requirements, including data collation, analysis, and quality assurance
  • Provide recommendations for future workflow options based on current administrative processes and client casework data information
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in employment services or community services
  • Previous experience in a careers advisory role will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated high-level ICT skills, particularly in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs
  • Demonstrated case management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret guidelines, procedures, and processes
  • Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
