Job Overview
  • Manage complex case assessments and develop recommendations for early resolution.
  • Obtain necessary information and advice to effectively resolve matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake case management of highly complex AAT matters.
  • Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, Hearings conducted by the AAT.
  • Prepare documents detailing resolution options and outcomes.
  • Assess and respond to priority and risks.
  • Contribute to report preparation, business cases, meeting submissions, and correspondence.
  • Maintain electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision making processes.
  • Lead strategic projects and policy development processes.
  • Develop and contribute to Ministerial and Parliamentary briefs.
  • Lead a team and/or scope of work, including mentoring and supervising junior Case Managers.
