Job Purpose

As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you'll work closely with current and prospective members to help them pursue home ownership by providing expert mortgage advice.

You'll appreciate the autonomy to set up your office space at home and connect with the community to network and engage.

You'll benefit from a comprehensive commission structure that rewards your initiative across mortgages, investments, credit cards, commercial referrals, and insurance, creating a dynamic and rewarding career experience.

A strong communicator who loves meeting new people and developing meaningful relationships to solve client financial needs, you'll:

  • Establish ongoing relationships with clients, providing customized mortgage consultations.
  • Engage proactively with clients, offering support during mortgage applications and scheduling follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and issues quickly.
Accountabilities

You'll:

  • Stay informed about industry regulatory changes and underwriting standards.
  • Review mortgage applications to ensure compliance.
  • Accurately prepare and maintain records for regulatory audits.
  • Educate clients on regulatory requirements affecting mortgage processes.

You'll offer expert advice on mortgage products, drive sales to exceed targets, and employ strategic sales initiatives to attract new clients.

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sales and networking.
  • Extensive knowledge of the real estate and economic market in British Columbia.
  • Knowledge of current residential mortgage products and services.
