This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a casual educator.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality educational programs in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Supervise children at all times, maintaining a safe and engaging atmosphere that fosters their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, meeting required regulatory and compliance standards.
- Engage in reflective practice, contributing to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes.
- ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor degree).
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for Queensland.
- Ability to travel between services as needed, with flexibility to work varying hours including weekdays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Above-award wages and casual leave loading allowance.
