**Role**: Casual Educator
**Pay**: TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE NEW 10% WAGE INCREASE
**Location**: Caloundra-Sunshine Coast (Kabi Kabi & Jinibara Land)
**Centre**: Goodstart Caloundra
**Employment Type**: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.15am and 6.15pm

Director with 22yrs experience in Early Childhood
Only 2min drive to the local Woolworths Supermarket
Minutes walk to the local bus stops
Beaches within 2kms away
**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
