Key Responsibilities- Health and Wellbeing Program
- Develop and implement health and injury prevention measures and campaigns aligned with Amazon's standards and local requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation of an occupational health management/early intervention process for work-related injuries.
- Analyze injury data/metrics and develop appropriate health measures to reduce injuries.
- Support HR and Safety in organizing effective systems for strategic delivery of occupational health care and injury management.
- Identify areas of opportunity and present business recommendations to contribute to the shaping of our health and injury management program.
- Collaborate with external partners and organizations to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
- Psychosocial Risk Program
- Develop strategic plans and execute programs to manage psychosocial risk across the organization.
- Co-develop the strategy and framework for managing psychosocial risk, from implementation to evaluation.
- Help the business understand and use work design as a control for managing psychosocial risk.
- Initiate and undertake strategic analysis, research, and case studies to enhance the program and improve outcomes.
- Engage and consult with managers and business unit stakeholders to drive improvements in mental health and psychosocial safety performance and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
