About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone to perform day-to-day administration tasks efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling works for Fibre technicians and liaising with Project/Building Managers.
  • Maintaining key spreadsheets and registers is also a crucial part of this role.
  • A Shared inbox management skillset is necessary, along with light cleaning of reception, kitchen and toilet area responsibilities.

  • Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, responsible, and mature attitude is essential for success in this role.

  • Relevant experience in the Fibre industry is desirable but not mandatory.
