Project Coordinator Job Description

This is a high-profile project coordinator role where you will manage various component processes to deliver successful small to medium scale projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of these projects while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful delivery of small to medium scale Fibre projects and internal improvement projects.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service through provisioning, communication, and documentation.
  • Establish and maintain professional project documentation.
  • Follow documented project management processes and establish new processes as needed.
  • Provide a single point of contact for project enquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Support Fibre Project Managers and own operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in Fibre Construct Environment in the Telecommunications industry.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Outstanding commitment to customer service and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
