Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our team at a leading early learning centre.

Job Description:

A Day in the Life of an Educator:

  • Engage with young children through play-based learning and foster their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's well-being and supports their individual needs.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, incorporating activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity.
  • Communicate effectively with families and other educators, ensuring seamless transitions and supporting children's continued growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience working with young children, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, enabling you to design and implement high-quality education programs.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification, ensuring your safety and the safety of the children in your care.
