As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the documentation of all stages of Working Drawings, ensuring the team meets KPIs and Quality Control, and managing workflow and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the documentation process for Working Drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
  • Manage and coordinate drafting resources, including personnel and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to develop skills and standards
  • Conduct weekly workflow meetings to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain delivery forecasts and reports to track project progress

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an ArchiCad draftsperson
  • Tertiary Drafting or relevant design qualification
  • Technical knowledge of construction methods, BCA, and Rescode
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation to deadlines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
