Drafting Team Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Draftsperson to join our Drafting Leadership Team as a Team Leader. As part of this team, you will work across Greenfields projects, overseeing the documentation of all stages of Working Drawings and ensuring the team meets KPIs and Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate and coordinate drafting resources to meet project deadlines
- Support the Greenfields Drafting Team to document and deliver a range of products and services
- Manage workflow and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
- Conduct weekly workflow meetings to review progress and address any issues
- Maintain delivery forecasts and reports to track project progress
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team skills and standards
- Tertiary Drafting or relevant design qualification
- Extensive experience as an ArchiCad draftsperson
- Ability to deliver excellent quality documentation to deadlines
- Technical knowledge of construction methods, BCA, and Rescode
- Accuracy, neatness, and patience
