Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient individual to join our team as a Pastoral Carer. As a Pastoral Carer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to residents, families, and staff.

About the Role

You will demonstrate empathy and care to support our residents and achieve more. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality pastoral care for residents, families, and staff
  • Responding effectively to the diverse spiritual and religious needs of residents
  • Promoting a contemporary understanding of pastoral and spiritual care with residents, families, and staff

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment

You will also be required to provide evidence of or be in the process of obtaining relevant qualifications, including Clinical Pastoral Education or other relevant units, theological and/or other graduate qualifications, and proficiency in computer skills.
