Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a fun, authentic way.
- Share product features to help customers find their favourite characters and collectibles.
- Upsell and cross-sell to support sales goals and store performance.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness and replenishment.
- Follow operational procedures and company policies, including loss prevention.
- Support with stock handling (receiving, restocking, and inventory counts).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Quick learner with a keen eye for detail and product knowledge.
- Strong team spirit and a proactive, positive mindset.
- Reliability and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as needed.
