Assistant Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team at Double Tree by Hilton Perth Waterfront.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically, and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Produce food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically
- Maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role (restaurant and/or hotel background required)
- Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure
- Skilled in time management and organisation
