Civil Design Project Manager Leader

We are seeking an experienced Civil Design Project Manager Leader to join our team at ACM Recruitment Pty Ltd. This is a senior role that requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of civil engineering, and excellent communication abilities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple civil design projects from conception to completion. They will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Lead project teams and provide guidance on technical aspects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience in civil design project management
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
