The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment that supports children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development. You will also lead educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing materials and arranging rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
- Planning and delivering activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
- Overseeing children's development, care needs, and building strong family connections.
Requirements
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
- Skills: Good communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
