Grader Operator Role

Sydney Earthworks is a leading civil construction company committed to excellence in the civil industry with a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team. As a Grader Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations contributing to the success of various projects.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment machinery such as bulldozers to move materials, clear debris and assist in the construction and grading of sites.

  • Operate graders to move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials according to project specifications.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on the dozer.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Follow project plans, blueprints and instructions to meet project requirements.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members and other personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Grader Operator in the civil field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate and maintain various types of dozers.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in operating equipment.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
