Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated customer service professional to join our team in Dandenong. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and efficient communication.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering all incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Assisting customers with pricing enquiries, stock availability, forecasting, and forward orders
  • Liaising with freight providers for delivery status on orders and proof of delivery
  • Liaising with branch logistics for stock replenishment, branch to branch, and manufacturing
  • Liaising with branch logistics and customers to process back orders and non-collected orders
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Providing a high level of technical assistance to customers as required
  • Processing all orders prior to cut-off time
  • Coordinating deliveries as per schedule
  • Opening incoming mail and distributing it accordingly in the morning
  • Replenishing literature on a monthly basis

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Experience using SAP would be an advantage
  • Availability to start work immediately
