Exceptional Product Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Specialist to provide top-notch customer service and drive effective communication with both clients and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless operations, processes, and deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Field Service Delivery: Perform product delivery and set-up while maintaining optimal equipment performance.
  • Process Enhancement: Analyze current processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in Agriculture and/or Mechanical trade background.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills within the scope of responsibility.
