Job Role

Making a tangible impact on people's lives as a Rehabilitation Consultant is a chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. This involves working closely with clients to help them regain independence and achieve their objectives through work and wellness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workplace, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop programs to facilitate injured employees' return to the workforce.
  • Negotiate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • A recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic care, or Physiotherapy from an Australian institution, coupled with full Accreditation in one of these fields.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
