We are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Specialist to join our Legal Technology team at a leading international law firm. As a key member of this innovative team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top-calibre industry-leading legal technologists and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions for litigation and corporate matters.

In this role, you will be responsible for electronically processing data, administering document management workflows, troubleshooting complex data issues, consulting on technical solutions, and project managing from scoping to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronically process data in support of eDiscovery and legal reviews
  • Administer and maintain electronic and hardcopy document management workflows and Ringtail databases
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues
  • Consult and advise clients and partners on technical solutions related to database, eDiscovery, virtual data rooms, document review, and document management
  • Project manage from scoping to implementation
  • Contribute to the development of new strategic legal tech initiatives

About You:

  • You will have a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in information management, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience using data processing tools such as EDT, Nuix Workstation, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, databases, windows, legal processes, and document management
  • Deadline-driven with high attention to detail and time prioritisation skills
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
