Lead Early Childhood Educator - Tasmania Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood educator to lead our brand-new, purpose-built learning centre in a growing community.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Set up and establish a new centre, including team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality early learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead a team of educators through strong leadership
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
  • Proven experience in early childhood education and care
  • Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (commensurate on experience)
  • A commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and team development
