The role of a Pharmacy Technician is to provide high-quality support to pharmacists in delivering patient-centered care. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as up-to-date knowledge of the PBS.

About the Role
This position involves working closely with outpatients and inpatients to deliver quality pharmaceutical services. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure efficient operations within the pharmacy department.
Your primary focus will be on supporting the Outpatients Pharmacist and ward Pharmacists in providing timely and effective services. This will involve ensuring accurate record-keeping, managing stock levels, and maintaining equipment.
Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence are essential qualities for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Current hospital or community pharmacy experience is required.
- Knowledge: You should have up-to-date knowledge of the PBS.
In addition to these requirements, having experience with the PBS is highly desirable.
