This role involves supporting the dispensary team at University Hospital Geelong and St John of God Hospital to ensure safe and timely supply of outpatient, discharge and/or inpatient medication orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmacy support to ensure efficient and effective drug use within the organization
- Support clinical pharmacy services to ensure safe and appropriate medication use
Requirements:
