Strategic Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-impact projects across the organization. This individual will work closely with executives and teams to plan and deliver strategic initiatives that drive business results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex, enterprise-wide IT or finance projects from start to finish.
  • Define project goals, scope, and success measures in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects meet company standards and governance.
  • Identify and proactively address project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly to executives and stakeholders through effective reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure accountability and successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate change management and adaptability within teams and stakeholders as projects evolve.
  • Continuously improve project processes and share lessons learned to enhance organizational capabilities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large, complex projects with expertise in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, especially with executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMBOK).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong financial skills, including budgeting and reporting.
